Our polycrystalline and single crystal synthetic diamond products are manufactured through our chemical vapour deposition (CVD) process, under tightly controlled growth conditions and stringent quality controls. This results in, an engineered material that is highly consistent with predictable properties

With our expertise developed over the last 30 years, the Element Six CVD diamond products have been engineered for a wide range of applications: cutting tools, wire drawing and dressing applications, optics, infra-red, thermal management, electrochemistry, radiation detection, and quantum optics

Each grade has been designed to meet the needs of a particular application area and to exploit one or more of synthetic diamond's unique properties.
