This material contains less than 5 ppb (often below 1 ppb) Nitrogen concentration and typically has less than 0.03 ppb NV concentration
It has shown great versatility as a spin host for a range of quantum applications from magnetic field sensing to quantum information processing, and as a good base material for applications where the defect or colour centre used is the negatively charged nitrogen-vacancy centre (NV-).
Its combined Electron Mobility, Radiation Hardness and Charge Collection Efficiency of >99% make it the ideal radiation detection material
Plates are supplied with high quality, low damage polished surfaces in sizes of 2x2, 4x4 and 4.5x4.5 mm in thickness of 500 microns
