Element Six Thermal Management Grade (Diafilm TM) Polycrystalline CVD diamond is a proven thermal management material ideal for high-power RF, opto-electronics and high voltage power semiconductor devices. It reduces thermal gradients near a device, typically by 25 to 30%, thus allowing higher power devices to be used without increasing the system size or reducing the operating ambient temperature.
