This material contains less than 5 ppb (often below 1 ppb) nitrogen concentration and typically has less than 0.03 ppb NV concentration.
Its combined Electron Mobility, Radiation Hardness and Charge Collection Efficiency of >99% make it the ideal radiation detection material.
This plate is supplied with high quality, low damage polished surfaces, and a thickness of 50µm, enabling a range of applications for quantum technologies and radiation detectors.
This plate contains a small sub surface laser mark for side orientation. The laser mark is an e6 logo which is approximately 150 µm x 150 µm in size and is located in the corner of the plate 150 µm from the edges.
